All reservations made online or in-person at Ram Residency require valid guest details. A confirmation email or booking reference will be provided upon successful booking and payment processing.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges unless prior written confirmation is obtained from hotel management.
According to government regulations, all guests aged 18 and above must present a valid government-issued photo ID with address proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid address proof.
Payment options include 100% full online payment or 50% advance deposit via Razorpay. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in time will receive a full refund minus nominal processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in may be non-refundable.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and fellow guests. Any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, or fixtures will be assessed and charged directly to the responsible guest before departure.
Smoking inside non-smoking rooms is strictly prohibited. Engaging in illegal activities, carrying hazardous substances, or violating hotel regulations will lead to immediate cancellation of stay without refund and reporting to local authorities.
Ram Residency is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal valuables or belongings kept in guest rooms unless deposited in the hotel front-desk safe with an official receipt.
